Company Dom na Kipre was established in partnership with KOFALI Construction Ltd  founded in 1999 and is officially certified developer of Class 1, as well as other leading builders and developers in North Cyprus. CEO of the Dom na Kipre - an experienced real estate expert, a graduate of City University Business School in London (Property Valuation and Law); Anglia Polytechnic University (in "Accounting Auditing in the Business Environment" and "Applied Business Law"; has experience in asset management in the UK , as well as a seven-year record of successful work at largest British Estate Agency here in Northern Cyprus. 
During this time, we examined the local property market and we can say that we know all the local developers and their financial situation and quality of their construction. Therefore, we only recommend to purchase of the properties that we would buy for ourselves.
The Company simultaneously acquired reputation as one of the the most reliable developer in North Cyprus, its completed projects ranging from luxurious private villas and apartments to the public beaches, roads and other government projects (including facilities for the Army).
